Werner Laurie Ltd. The cover was by Ronald Searle who was a prisoner with Braddon in Burma\u00a0and is probably most well know <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">as the creator of St Trinian&#8217;s School. His drawings, used to illustrated Braddon&#8217;s book, were in the hardback but not the PAN editions. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/Blog\/Braddon\/RussellBraddon.htm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1692 aligncenter\" alt=\"Naked\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Naked.jpg\" width=\"131\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Naked.jpg 218w, https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Naked-191x300.jpg 191w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 131px) 100vw, 131px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">I have included scans of six different PAN editions but let me know if you have others.
