Both have text illustrations by Charles Keeping but the cover of the 1972 edition is not attributed while the 1977 is by Charles Front (photo) Front illustrated the Piccolo edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/Piccolo\/Bible.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;A Child&#8217;s Bible&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0 but he is probably best known for designing the lettering on the 1965 Beatles album <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Rubber.jpg\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Rubber Soul&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/a> Front is also the father of actress Rebecca Front.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Agatha Christie covers came in many different styles including what I called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2013%20Large\/Christie%20Heads\/Heads.htm\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Double Dagger&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/a> from PAN, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2024\/ACFontana\/MBFontanaChristie.htm\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Foxtail&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/a> series from Fontana and I&#8217;m now wondering what to call <a href=\"https:\/\/tikit.net\/2025\/December\/Christie.html\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">these<\/span><\/strong><\/a> from Pocket. The odd &#8216;g&#8217; on the front is not the same as on the back. I&#8217;m not sure what the font is but I&#8217;m not sure I like it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I spotted this cartoon on a Facebook page and it appealed to my OCD side.
