After the &#8220;Exiles&#8221; covers he went on to do the four covers in the &#8220;Galactic Milieu&#8221; series, namely &#8220;Intervention&#8221;, &#8220;Jack the Bodiless&#8221;, &#8220;Diamond Mask&#8221; and &#8220;Magnificat&#8221; The eight\u00a0covers\u00a0are linked in that the angel in &#8220;Magnificat&#8221; metamorphoses back into the skull\u00a0on the cover of &#8220;The Many Coloured Land&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CoverCycle.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2773\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CoverCycle-300x242.jpg\" alt=\"CoverCycle\" width=\"300\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CoverCycle-300x242.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/CoverCycle.jpg 647w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I have now added several more covers of various dates to my original <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2014%20Large\/RBM\/StephenBradbury.html\">Julian May <\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PAN Books<\/span> <\/span>page including some of the American titles Stephen mentioned saying <span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8220;If you see the American covers for the same series, they are a bit cringeworthy&#8221;<\/span> Dare I say I quite like some of them especially &#8220;Adversary&#8221; from 1983.
