I know some of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2018\/Fantasy\/Fantasy.htm\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">PAN\/Ballantine&#8217;s<\/span><\/a> (all titles will be added eventually) have the artwork from the front of one on the back of another plus the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2014%20Large\/RBM\/StephenBradbury.html\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Julian May<\/span><\/a> panoramas. I&#8217;ve put a couple of examples <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2018\/Classics\/Doubles.htm\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">HERE<\/span><\/a> although I had to fiddle the Tevis covers to line up by taking a bit off the top of one and a bit of the bottom of the other but no such problem with the Harris. I&#8217;ve emailed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paulrobertspaintings.co.uk\/1975-1980\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Paul Roberts,<\/span><\/a> the artist who painted &#8216;Bodyguard 2&#8217; used for the Thomas Kyd covers, but no reply so far.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Rankin.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6498\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Rankin-226x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"82\" height=\"109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Rankin-226x300.jpg 226w, https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Rankin.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 82px) 100vw, 82px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Just because I have them to hand I&#8217;ve put the three Robert Rankin titles in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2018\/Rankin.htm\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Brentford Trilogy&#8217;<\/span><\/a> on a page. Not sure why they all had to have so disparate covers and did Rankin have a falling out with PAN in that they didn&#8217;t publish any of his later titles of which there are nine in this series?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sometimes I look at something and wonder &#8216;Why&#8217;, is this art or just a way to spoil a good book?
