The page I made a long time ago certainly needs updating!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DunsTew.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"648\" height=\"923\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DunsTew.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DunsTew.jpg 648w, https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/DunsTew-211x300.jpg 211w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 648px) 100vw, 648px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After posting a several <a href=\"https:\/\/tikit.net\/2018\/Puzo.htm\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mario Puzo<\/span><\/strong><\/a> covers recently I&#8217;ve added a couple more but I&#8217;m still one short of the covers I know exist, namely &#8216;The Dark Arena&#8217; from 1989. I nearly missed the subtle difference between the 1972 and the 1977 editions of the film tie-in for &#8216;The Godfather&#8217; Have you spotted it?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"454\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/SaveandKitty.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/SaveandKitty.jpg 454w, https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/SaveandKitty-300x288.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 454px) 100vw, 454px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I&#8217;m still going through the Sam Peffer (above with Kitty) negatives and photos I have and recently added a few more PANs including &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/PANG122.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Miss Silver Comes To Stay&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/PANG160.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Dark Duet&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/PANG393.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;A Case For Inspector West&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>, the others being\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> &#8216;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/Sam Peffer\/PantherCovers.htm\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">10<\/span> Days To Die&#8217;<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/a> from Panther, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/Sam Peffer\/DigitCovers.htm\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;<strong><em>Wantons Die Hard&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a> from Digit and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/Sam%20Peffer\/ArrowCovers.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Middle Mist<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>&#8216; from Arrow. Since I put on &#8216;<em>Middle Mist&#8217; <\/em>I found another cover from two years later that used the same model. The original photo was from Sam&#8217;s great niece Kathy but the hands were not quite right for the Arrow cover but were for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2019\/Sam%20Peffer\/NurseTimesTwo.htm\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>&#8216;Nurse in Love&#8217;<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/a> I have since found a strip of negatives which show the same model but with her hands in many different positions and have managed to pair up the right ones.<br \/><span style=\"color: #800000;\">STOP PRESS<\/span> More are being added all the time and the list will be update as I find covers for all the different publishers. The page is <a href=\"https:\/\/tikit.net\/Advertising\/SamPeffer.htm\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">HERE<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I was sorry to hear Issur Danielovitch, better know as Kirk Douglas, passed away at the good old age of 103, I always think him in one of my favourite films &#8216;The Vikings. He appeared on the front cover of X131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/PANX131.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Two Weeks in Another Town&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a> from 1962 with, coincidentally after mentioning him previously, is by Sam Peffer.
