It has a sticker inside saying it was rebound as a hardback in Hong Kong. PAN released four different editions between 1956 and 1974 and not always with more attractive covers especially not the 1974 edition!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Byrd.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-10000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/panfans\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Byrd.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"164\" height=\"212\"><\/a>This weeks drawings by Hans Helweg are for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tikit.net\/2021\/Byrd\/Byrd.htm\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8216;Immortal Queen&#8217; <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a>by Elizabeth Byrd. Wikipedia says &#8216;<em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Elizabeth Byrd (December 8, 1912 \u2013 May 11, 1989) was an American author. Her main body of work is historical fiction, and her most successful novel is Immortal Queen, a historical romance about Mary, Queen of Scots.
